HI, i'm melissa

Growing up, I always longed for a curvier shape. I was soft and squishy, with no evident muscle bellies (glutes included). I was constantly made fun of for being so skinny, and I would have to tailor all my clothing to fit me because I have a very small frame and couldn't even fit a size 6. As I grew up, I eventually joined a gym, but like many newcomers, I had no idea what I was doing and ended up becoming a regular in all the available classes.


I first started training in my early 20s, which is when my fascination with how amazing the human body is began. When I started lifting weights, I began to notice changes in my physique, and naturally, the gym became my passion.


In 2015, I decided to do my first bikini bodybuilding competition to challenge myself. I was a very shy person, and the thought of standing on a stage in a bikini petrified me, but I did it and, to my surprise, I won! I placed first in all my categories and won overall bikini champion. Fast forward 9 years, I've won countless trophies. I won my IFBB Bikini Pro-Card in 2017 at the Arnold's Expo and even qualified for Olympia in 2021.


Comps aside, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to building muscle, losing fat, and many other aspects of health and fitness. I absolutely love helping others and sharing what I have learned to guide others to reach their own goals.

Website Enquiry

  • How do I receive the program?

    The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalized program! 

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, the reason I have chosen to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or annual. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.

  • Is the program available world wide?

    Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form. 

  • Refunds and returns.

    For information on my refunds and returns policy, please see the terms and conditions.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email myself with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all plans and support will be removed from your account.

  • I’m new to the gym - is this good for beginner?

    The workouts are entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym, I’ve got your back with your very own personalized program. Choose weights that are appropriate for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.

  • Is each month the same?

    No, each month is different. This will involve an increase in how much weight you lift, change of exercise variations, and changes in your diet that are constantly updated as your body changes. We need to give your body a reason to progress.
